Robinson Middle School, in partnership with the Robinson PTSO, is thrilled to offer RAMping Up, a supplemental transition program for rising seventh grade students.

Program Description: RAMping Up! is a PTSO sponsored, fee-based transition program (scholarships are available). Teachers representing the core subject areas of math, history, science, and English and counselors will lead program sessions focused on curriculum expectations, technology integration and use of resources, organization, goal setting, and team building. Students will hear from a panel of students, tour all areas of the building, learn about block scheduling, locker use, and after school activities. A snack will be provided daily and each participant will receive a RAMping Up t-shirt. It will be a week of making friends, connecting with key adults in the building, hands-on learning, and fun! The student to staff ratio averages 22:1 for this program.
Session #1 | Monday, July 29, Tuesday, July 30, and Wednesday, July 31
Session #2 | Thursday, August 1, Friday, August 2, and Monday, August 5
Session #3 | Tuesday, August 6, Wednesday, August 7, and Thursday, August 8
Time: 8:00 – 12:00pm | A pizza lunch will be provided on the third day of each session ending at 12:30pm.
Cost: $50 Scholarships are available to those needing financial assistance. Please indicate on the registration form and you will be contacted to confirm.
Transportation:Parents must provide transportation daily to and from Robinson.
